Forty-Forty Flats Nominated for Minnesota Real Estate Journals Award

(Mar. 13, 2024)Forty-Forty Flats, a new Ecumen-owned affordable independent senior living community located in Edina, Minn., has been nominated for the 2024 Senior Housing-Suburban West award from Minnesota Real Estate Journals. The Real Estate Journals Commercial Real Estate Awards celebrates the accomplishments and noteworthy moments across various segments of the commercial real estate sector. The awards program will be presented on April 18.

Forty-Forty Flats welcomed its first residents at the end of October in 2023, and is conveniently located within walking distance of retail, restaurants, movie theater and medical offices.
