Born: September 25, 1916, in Arthur, ND. 

Residence: Ecumen Oaks & Pines in Hutchinson, Minn.                           

Hobbies/Interests: Playing cards and shopping. 

Family: 2 children, 7 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Married to Virgil, now deceased, for 73 years.

Secret to Longevity: “Live every day, one day at a time.”

Occupation: Teacher at a country school before she got married and worked on the family farm after that.  She loved everything about teaching.

Interesting Facts: When she and Virgil retired, they bought a mobile home and spent 13 years in Arizona during the winter.
