Rose Senior Living Carmel Hosts Dedication Ceremony

Rose Senior Living Carmel, a new state-of-the-art senior living community in the heart of Carmel, IN, managed by Ecumen, held its official dedication October 25, 2018, followed by an open house on October 27. 

The dedication festivities included a ribbon-cutting and program featuring Councilor Laura Campbell, of the Carmel City Council; Warren Rose, CEO of Edward Rose & Sons, the owner and developer of Rose Senior Living Carmel; Julie Murray, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Chief Business Development Officer at Ecumen,; and George Ferriell Jr., the Executive Director.

Located at 1285 Fairfax Manor Drive (located just off Old Meridian and Main Street) Rose Senior Living Carmel has 159 rental apartments for people 55 and older – 69 independent living, 60 assisted living apartments and 30 secure memory care apartments.

The 175,000 square-foot community has multiple common areas including a variety of dining  venues that include signature farm-to-table menus, a theater, pub, a fitness center, salon/spa, grandchildren nook, outdoor roof top area equipped with gas grills and a party room, general store, outdoor gardens, a putting green, a shuffle board court, a dog park and walking paths.
