AFFORDABILITY
Benet Place and Benet Place South welcome applicants earning 50% of Sherburne County area median income. The affordable rents are based off your financial situation. Contact us to see if you qualify.
Applicants must be:
- 62 years of age or better (head of household or co-head)
- Meeting the income limits set annually by HUD (50 percent of the area’s median income)
- Mobility-impaired to apply for the accessible units
Financial assistance is available through the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Rental Assistance Program. Through this program, the amount of rent paid by the resident is 30 percent of their monthly adjusted income.
