WHERE’S THE GREATEST NEED?
PHILANTHROPY - ANNUAL FUND
MEETING THE IMMEDIATE NEEDS IN OUR COMMUNITIES.
Thanks to the generous support of donors and our team’s innovative spirit, we routinely identify the most significant challenges for older adults in our communities and face them head on. Resources alone are not enough and neither is creativity. Together, the two are stronger and make a greater difference for the people we serve.
Rising to the Challenge: COVID-19
Protecting an older and vulnerable population from the many challenges caused by the COVID pandemic required quick access to Annual Fund resources and an abundance of resolve. First we ensured the people we serve were safe, then we got to work innovating ways for our residents and their loved ones to remain connected.

"At the start of the pandemic in 2020, when the doors closed to outside visitors, I knew I had to trust Ecumen would do the right thing. I had virtual visits with my sister, and they even assigned a companion to have meals with my sister. I can honestly say to you Ecumen did the right thing, they protected my sister and kept her engaged and us connected—I’m forever grateful!"
