Affordable Lakeside Senior Living in Alexandria, MN

At Ecumen Bethel Manor & Winona Shores of Alexandria, we provide 159 independent living apartments offering affordable housing for income-eligible adults, all set along the picturesque shores of Lake Winona. These one-bedroom rental apartment homes are supported by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), with a portion of the rent subsidized. Most utilities are included, and your rent is based on 30% of your adjusted monthly income.

We invite you to schedule a tour and meet with our housing team, who will guide you through the application process and help estimate your monthly rent. To schedule a tour, please contact one of our offices.

Should you ever need personal assistance or nursing care, our Service Coordinator is available to help and support you so you can stay in your apartment as long as possible.
