The talented and prolific women’s sewing group at Ecumen Parmly LifePointes Studios of Art in Chisago City, Minn., enthusiastically works together to produce handmade quilts, blankets and even dolls — all for charity.  They are a fun-loving group, who call themselves “The Old Sew and Sews,” but they are very serious about their mission of bringing comfort to the less fortunate —and oh-so generous.  The Chisago County Press recently featured their story.
