The dedication festivities included a ribbon-cutting and program featuring Councilor Laura Campbell, of the Carmel City Council; Warren Rose, CEO of Edward Rose & Sons, the owner and developer of Rose Senior Living Carmel; Julie Murray, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Chief Business Development Officer at Ecumen,; and George Ferriell Jr., the Executive Director.

Located at 1285 Fairfax Manor Drive (located just off Old Meridian and Main Street) Rose Senior Living Carmel has 159 rental apartments for people 55 and older – 69 independent living, 60 assisted living apartments and 30 secure memory care apartments.
