U.S. News evaluated more than 15,000 homes nationwide, across every state and in 100 major metropolitan areas to create its Nursing Home Finder. This year less than 20 percent of nursing homes earned the designation of a “U.S. News Best Nursing Home” based on performance.

This tools provides customized searches for nursing homes by location, Medicare and Medicaid coverage, Alzheimer's care and size.
