Ecumen-managed Rose Senior Living–Avon, a new senior living community on the Richard E. Jacobs Health Campus in Avon, Ohio, is now under construction with a planned opening in the Fall of 2016. The sales office, located at 33200 Health Campus Blvd., is now open and taking reservations.

The Richard E. Jacobs Health Campus is a new master planned development that recently opened a Primrose School, Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation Hospital and Residence Inn by Marriot — all within a block of Cleveland Clinic Medical Campus.

Rose Senior Living–Avon will have 175 rental apartments— including independent living, assisted living and secure memory care apartments.  The community will have numerous common spaces including a spa/salon, fitness studio, indoor garden arboretum, café, Greatland Restaurant, Rose Pub, lounge and game room, general store, private dining, outdoor gardens, putting green, patios and walking paths.  Independent Living apartments range from 690 to 1,360 square feet and include full-sized kitchens, a washer and dryer in every apartment and modern interior finishes.

This is the first phase of a larger development planned by Edward Rose & Sons, a privately held Michigan real estate development and management company.  The second phase, which is in the early pre-development planning stage, will include age-restricted townhomes.

“We are so excited to be a part of this wonderful community,” said Donna D’Amico, Sales and Marketing Director for the Rose Senior Living project. “We’re getting lots of excitement about making reservations. People are looking forward to having a senior living community in this area where there are so many close-by opportunities for recreation, entertainment and health care.”

On March 30, 2016, Rose Senior Living will be hosting a “Lunch and Learn” informational event from 12:30 to 2 p.m. at the Residence Inn Marriott Avon, 33040 Just Imagine Drive, Avon. To RSVP or for more information call the sales office at 440-937-0757 or visit the website at
