Luther Park of Sandpoint: Expanding what it Means to be a Community
- This is an innovative partnership between First Lutheran Church in Sandpoint, Idaho and Ecumen. This is a key part of expanding First Lutheran Church’s ministry and expanding its intergenerational community.
- The senior housing development at Luther Park, will be completed in 2008, and will feature senior independent living and apartments with assisted living services.
- Among the community’s amenities will be an indoor link to the church, grand fireplace gathering area, library and media center, community meeting rooms, a beauty and barber shop and walking paths.
- This development is being designed to take advantage of the views of the Selkirk and Cabinet Mountains.
- Luther Park will have 60 1- and 2-bedroom apartments on three different floors. It will also include 18 Memory Care Suites and 9 Enhanced Care Assisted Living Suites.
- Will feature proactive digital QuietCare technology to enhance our customers’ independence.
