Job Description

Coordination of the Gourmet Apron Catering sales and food service operation. Duties include preparing food, serving customers, costing, billing and accounts receivable and payable, supervision and scheduling of staff in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Skills & Requirements

B.S. degree a plus. Sales and production experience required. Catering experience preferred. Possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in the use of Windows software. Serve-safe certified or equivalent. Hours vary - every other weekend required.
