Job Description

Provides direct physical care to assigned residents consistent with individual plan of care, under the direction of a licensed nurse.

Skills & Requirements

Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant training, resulting in State certification. Must be currenly on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. with modifications. Position requires extensive walking, bending, lifting. May be required to work more than 8 hours in a day.
