Job Description

Full time position available on the Night shift. This position is working every third weekend and every third holiday. Work with our whole team to create "Home" for all that live here. Bethany Community is looking for an RN to be a part of the Household Model that is called "Culture Change". Be involved daily with activities for the Older Adults that live here. Skills & Requirements

Current Nursing License and experience in rehab and long-term care settings. Must have a true love and calling for helping the elderly; compassion and desire to honor them with your words and actions. We only hire candidates who are positive, cheerful, flexible, and can work cooperatively on a team. Must be highly organized, work efficiently, demonstrate good judgment and maintain confidentiality. Dependability and good attendance are essential. This career is not a good fit for everyone, so please consider these qualifications carefully.
