One of the great joys in life is when you find purpose in your work and you are working with others who share that purpose. As members of the Ecumen team, we are on the forefront of an unprecedented demographic shift as our baby boom generation ages. We see that historic change as an energizing opportunity to make this world a better place to live.

Creating Home, Expanding Choices

At Ecumen our promise is to create “Home” for older adults wherever they choose to live. We fulfill that promise daily in senior housing communities in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and North Dakota. In a very real sense, each of us within Ecumen is a builder. We are working daily to expand choices that enhance “home” and that allow the people we serve to live fully on their terms.
