Health Insurance: Employees receive base plan coverage and can purchase family coverage. Three plan options are available.
Dental Insurance: Employees receive paid base plan coverage and can purchase family coverage. Two plan options available.
Life Insurance: Employees receive employer paid benefits.
Supplemental Life: Employees may purchase supplemental life insurance for themselves, spouse or children.
Voluntary AD & D: Employees may purchase additional accidental death and disability coverage for themselves and family members.
Voluntary Vision Plan: All regularly scheduled employees may purchase vision care benefits for themselves and their dependents.
Spending Accounts: Allows employees to pay for health care and dependent care expenses with tax free dollars up to established maximums.

Paid Personal Leave: Employees who work at least 1,040 hours annually are eligible for this benefit.
Extended Illness Bank: Provides for illnesses requiring absence away from work for four or more successive scheduled workdays. Employees working 1,040 hours annually are eligible.
