I believe that you need to have perseverance, consistency, and love to be a great leader in aging services.
Perseverance will get you through the tough times and it helps build character along the way.
Consistency will eventually lead to quality.
Love is always necessary for two reasons; first, we all need to feel like someone genuinely cares and second as a leader you need to love what you do or leave it behind.
