It takes years of planning and preparation, but the truth is that if you understand the necessary steps, it's not that difficult. I've been doing some work with Heinz Family Philanthropies and we're trying to get the word out about preparing for retirement. We just put out an Ebook called "What Women Need to Know About Retirement."
