&lt;p&gt;Can you scale up to serve all 50 states? I hope so, but if not,  your organization is without question a pioneering model that other communities can emulate and learn from.&lt;/p&gt;

I am 56, my husband 67, I would like to tell you what our generation is looking for but is not available in MN:
a gated community offering not only condominiums but single family homes with small yards for recreation and pets.  A community with activities, shopping, even doctor and nursing services available from inside or outside the community.  Housing would nee
d to be reasonably price but not a home so small we cannot be comfortable.  Maybe offer different floor plans and sizes.</description>
