The folks at Ecumen New Richland are raving about Chef Troy Thompson. His food is “delicious above all conception,” said one resident.

Thompson’s exceptional culinary skill recently merited a story in the Albert Lea Tribune.  “Put Troy Thompson of New Richland in front of a refrigerator,” wrote Tribune Reporter Sarah Stultz, “and he will come out with a masterpiece.”

Thompson told Stultz: “I like to be fun and creative and step outside the box.”

And the residents like it that way.
