Born: August 21, 1916, in Jordan, Minn.

Residence: Ecumen Parmly LifePointes, Chisago City, Minn.                           

Hobbies/Interests: Used to like playing baseball in an empty lot by her house and swimming at McCarron Beach.  Enjoyed having kids at her house, going ice skating, swimming and walking.

Family: 10 children, 30 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. Married to Gerald, now deceased, for 17 years.

Occupation: Worked at Montgomery Ward and as a timekeeper at the arms plant before having her family.

Secrets of Longevity: Lead a healthy home life and made good home cooked meals.  “There is a time for play and a time for work,” she says.

Interesting Facts: Margaret says her family has given her so much love and supported her all the time.  The family always has big gatherings for the holidays, and she loved having everyone together.
